Can you say FUN? This class is an action packed combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning. Our classes include elements of gymnastics, weight lifting, body weight movements, and running to name a few. Kids build physical and mental strength, gain confidence and work to improve leadership skills. This class is also a great way to stay in shape between organized sport’s seasons or in the summer!  Ages 6 and up.


The focus of our Olympic Lifting class is to improve your technical execution of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. This will be a 1 hour group session in which we will focus on technical efficiency and lifting correctly all while increasing explosive strength and power output.


Designed to help improve gymnastics within CrossFit training this class also focuses on overall body strength and control. Taught by an ex gymnast, this class will help improve balance and coordination and strength while increasing proprioception and body awareness. Master the handstand, muscle-up, planche and maybe learn a flip or two.


This class is ideal for increasing your ability to lift heavy, large, or odd shaped items. Based largely on powerlifting and strongman platforms, participants should be ready to take on farmer carries, deadlifts, logs, circus dumbbells, stones, sandbags, and weighted kegs among many other things.
