Every new member starts out with a 3 day assessment. This is a chance for us to get to know you better. We will be able to test your fitness level, strength level, range of motion, mobility and much more. If you have been doing crossfit for many years or have never done it before, we still want to see what we are working with. This is 3 one hour sessions in which we will talk to you and test you. There is no pass or fail, it’s just a chance to see how you move.
Depending upon the assessment, you’ll need to learn the movements of crossfit. We want to make sure you can lift safely and effectively. We also want to make sure your conditioning is at a certain level before you get into class. We’ll spend some one on one time with you to make sure you know the movements, your conditioning is good, and you feel confident before putting you in a class. This is a 3 part process so the number of personal training sessions needed will vary from person to person.
Once you’re ready for classes you’ll need to continue working on movements. There will be more complex or complicated movements you might want to learn next and you’ll need a coach to help you get there. Your fitness goals might change over time and we’ll be there every step of the way! You’ll continue to work with your coach for life and they will help hold you accountable in your fitness, nutrition and overall health goals for the future. Our goal is to help you reach your goal.
