At A1 Crossfit we focus on YOU and YOUR personal goals. We want to help you succeed. Not only can you get into group training sessions which are a great motivator to get moving and active, but we also offer 1 on 1 training sessions that will help you stay on track and reach your goals faster. You get paired up with a coach who will be your coach while you are a member at A1. You meet with this instructor at a minimum of once every 6 months to help keep you on track and re-assess your personal fitness, strength, nutritional, and health goals. Whether you’re looking for a 6 pack, getting off your medication, or leading an overall healthier lifestyle, we will get you there faster than anyone else!
Our classes are encouraging, non-intimidating and that makes every member feel they are part of our Community. All the workouts at A1 Crossfit are scalable to your personal fitness goals and abilities, which means you’ll see athletes of every shape and size in a class together. Every person works together to achieve the same goal: to become a better version of themselves.
Although diverse, A1 Crossfit members all have something in common: they like to train hard and have a good time. We host and participate in a wide range of activities and events inside and outside the gym— kayaking, camping, traveling, BBQ’s, You’ve never had so much fun getting fit!
