- What is your fitness background?
- I really didn’t have a fitness background before joining the swim team for my junior year of high school, after that I was looking for a way to stay in shape and better myself and I stumbled upon CrossFit. I haven’t looked back since, and I’ve enjoyed the challenges that come along with bettering myself.

- I felt extremely tired but had a sense of accomplishment that I had just done so much in a small amount of time!
