Nutrition Seminar: Eating to Lose weight!

Would you like to know more about how to successfully lose weight? If so then make some time to attend A1 Crossfit on November 4th from 11:30am till 12:30pm to learn more about how to successfully eat to lose weight. In this class we will go over the difference between healthy eating and eating for weight loss (yes they are different). We will also go over how to successfully implement a plan and stick with it to succeed! We will talk about why meal replacement shakes, cleanses, and diets fail and what you need to do to stay successful in keeping the weight off! We will even show you an app that will help you to do this and help you to set goals so that you can achieve them successfully. We will discuss how much weight can change and we will discuss macros, however the main focus will be on eating to lose weight.

If you would like to get started on eating to lose weight and be able to keep the weight off then you need to make time to attend this session. The session is $25 for non-members of A1 Crossfit and $10 for members.  The session will also be limited to 20 attendees, so spots will fill up fast. Make sure you register to secure your spot.
