How to Join

Option 1: New to Crossfit
Fill out the form below to schedule your 3 day assessment with a trainer. We will give you three (3) 1 on 1 sessions which will test your strength and fitness levels. After that we will tell you how many training sessions you’ll need to get into class.
Option 2: Experienced Crossfitter
Experienced Crossfitter from another gym or looking to drop in. Fill out the form below or sign up online to drop in to a class.
