Interested in giving crossfit a try? We have July fundamentals class starting up next week on Tuesday July 7th. The fundamentals class runs for 2 weeks and covers the fundamental lifts and movements of crossfit so when you are finished you can go into the CrossFit Lite or CrossFit classes.
